One player reload → direct official-site test → private window without extensions → current browser → another network or device → wait before repeated retries.
Hop Earth not working: seven fixes
- Reload the player once. This refreshes both the game page and its account handshake.
- Test hop.earth directly. If direct login works but the embedded login fails, the relay is the likely boundary.
- Disable blockers for this test. Privacy extensions can block scripts, storage, or cross-origin game resources.
- Use a current Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Old WebGL and browser APIs can fail silently.
- Check hardware acceleration. A black 3D scene with working menus often points toward graphics.
- Close heavy tabs. Road and terrain generation can compete for device memory.
- Choose a familiar city road. If one place fails, separate location data from a whole-game failure.
Known launch-period pressure
Developer and community discussions report sudden player growth, bugs, and server load. A failed frame load does not automatically mean your device is broken.
