How to play Hop Earth in five steps
Open Hop.Earth and sign in
Load hop.earth as a full page and complete the account flow so the game can start.
Search for a location
Start with a recognizable city or road. Dense, mapped areas are usually easier for a first test than an isolated trail.
Drop near a visible road
Choose a point close to a connected road and wait for the road surface and terrain to finish appearing before calling a vehicle.
Summon the car
Use the vehicle action shown by the game. On current desktop builds this has included the X action; mobile support now has an experimental summon button.
Click inside, then drive
Browser pages keep keyboard focus outside the iframe until you click the game. After focusing it, use the live controls overlay to accelerate, steer, and brake.
Do not keep hammering the key. Confirm you are on a road, refocus the game, try the current vehicle action once, then reload and choose a simpler location.
What the browser is building
Hop.Earth is not a street-level photographic simulation. It uses mapped road geometry and elevation sources to generate a drivable world, so road width, roadside objects, and terrain transitions can be approximate.
